Symptoms:
Sometimes when you are trying to receive messages, you may get the following error
Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another email message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded ERR (in use) mailbox in use
This error typically means that another application is attempting to connect to your mailbox at the same time. If your application is configured as a POP account, you will not be able to have simultaneous connections to the same mailbox.
Resolution:
Find the other location eg. your phone, webmail, another computer either at work/home and log out of your mailbox OR
Configure your email connections to use IMAP.
